1 TOCANI Chile de Árbol And Peanut Salsa Kit
4 garlic cloves cut in half
3 Tablespoons of olive or avocado oil
1 cup of water
1 teaspoon of sea salt
DIRECTIONS
- Remove the stems from the chiles.
- Heat oil and lightly fry the garlic first and then all the chiles (do not burn), when done set aside.
- In the same pan lightly fry the nuts (do not burn).
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender with ½ cup of water for 45 seconds. Stop and scrape the sides of blender then add the second ½ cup of water to the mixture and blend for 1 minute. Add extra salt to taste. Enjoy!
