What you need to make an easy, authentic, and delicious Salsa Macha…
1 TOCANI Salsa Macha Kit
4 garlic cloves cut in half
1 cup plus 3 Tablespoons of olive oil
½ teaspoon of sea salt
DIRECTIONS
- Lightly dry toast all nuts (do not burn) in a heavy skillet or comal. (1 to 2 mins).
- Remove stems from chiles.
- Heat the 3 tablespoons of oil and lightly fry the garlic and place in a bowl.
- In the same oil, lightly fry all chiles in small quantities (do not burn) and place them in the bowl with the garlic.
- Blend all the chiles and ingredients in a blender including the cup of oil for approx. 1 minute. Add salt to taste.
